The Zebra TC78 is a high-performance, ultra-rugged Android touch computer designed for frontline workers in field service, public safety, utilities, and logistics. With next-generation wireless connectivity, enterprise-grade scanning, and a hardened design, it supports demanding mobile workflows in remote and challenging environments.

Powered by the Qualcomm® 6490 chipset and Android 13, the TC78 features integrated Sub-6 GHz 5G, CBRS Band 48, Wi-Fi 6E, and GPS/GNSS for seamless communication and precise location tracking. Its 6-inch FHD+ display is optimized for outdoor visibility and works with gloves or wet fingers. Built to withstand tough conditions, the TC78 is rated IP68 and drop-tested to 10 feet on concrete.

The TC78 supports multiple configurations, including SE4720 or SE55 Advanced Range scan engines, standard or extended batteries, and modular accessories such as trigger handles, boot cases, and RFID sleds.

Connectivity Requirements

To operate the TC78 on CBRS or cellular networks, you’ll need:

• A nano SIM or eSIM provisioned on a private LTE/5G network or supported public carrier.
• Some features of Zebra’s Mobility DNA software suite may require additional licenses or enterprise subscriptions.
