Add-On Antenna Kit

Waveform Add-On Antenna Kits are 50 ohm expansion kits suitable for use with many different signal booster systems on our site.

In many signal situations, maximum signal booster coverage can only be achieved by using additional antennas. These expansion kits are designed to slot into any 50 ohm (N-type connectors) booster kit and spread signal coverage to additional parts of your building.

We offer one, two, or three additional antennas. There is a choice of either panel or dome antennas. Each kit comes with a signal splitter, a 1ft jumper cable, and 30ft of Waveform 400-type cable (one 30ft length per additional antenna).

Antennas

The add-on kit offers a choice of either the Waveform Panel Antenna or the Waveform Dome Antenna.

The Waveform Panel Antenna is a high gain wideband directional antenna offering up to 7 - 8 dBi of gain. Panel antennas allow optimum reception to targeted areas. A wall mounted antenna projects signal in front of it. This antenna has 260mm attached cable with N-type connectors.

The Waveform Dome Antenna is a wideband omni-directional ceiling antenna with 3 - 5 dBi of gain. Omni-directional antennas receive signal from all directions, and so the antenna needs to be installed in a vertical position in the area of strongest signal. For best results, the antenna needs to be mounted to the ceiling.

Splitter

Each kit includes the required 2-way/3-way/4-way splitter. Waveform N-Female signal splitters are low-loss, high-performance 50 ohm splitters.

Cable

Each kit uses Waveform's RS400 Ultra Low Loss Coax Cable. This is a 400-type cable with N-Male connectors. It is a flexible, weatherproof, very low loss, high-performance cable.

A 1ft RS200 jumper cable is included to connect the signal splitter. A 30ft length of RS400 is also included for each antenna ordered.
