At Waveform, we stand by the quality of our electronics and offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible, your device must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Waveform account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Device

  Carefully place the item in its original box along with all included cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quick Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
