[Used - Excellent] CEL-FI GO G41 Smart Signal Booster

The GO G41 is the most powerful signal booster available in its class.

An upgrade to the incredibly popular GO X G32, the G41 features the fourth generation IntelliBoost chipset by Nextivity. The IntelliBoost chip powers the GO G41's unrivaled performance, enabling up to 100 decibels of gain - a measure of signal amplification.

The G41 is a single-carrier booster that supports Verizon, T-Mobile, and AT&T, thanks to it's 100 dB of gain, GO G41 can cover an area as large as 11x regular boosters.

The fourth generation revision of the IntelliBoost chip provides future-proof 5G network connectivity. It is ready to support both 5G DSS and 5G NR capability.

The G41 is a great fit for most small to medium-sized buildings, including homes, businesses, small retail units, offices, and industrial facilities.

Key Features

The CEL-FI GO G41 is a single-carrier signal booster system. It's the latest, upgraded version of the extremely popular CEL-FI GO X G32.

The GO G41 is different from the majority of other boosters we sell in 3 ways:

  • The GO G41 is a single-carrier device and will amplify signal for just one carrier at a time. If you need to boost signal on multiple carriers, you may be interested in the Cel-Fi GO G43, which covers Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile simultaneously.
  • The GO G41 offers up to 100 dB gain. Unlike most other boosters, the CEL-FI GO G41 is not restricted to 70 dB gain by the FCC. It offers about 30 dB more signal amplification, which means the G41 covers the same area as about 11 competing boosters combined.
  • The GO G41 supports both 5G DSS and 5G NR services.

WAVE App

Installing the GO G41 is easy thanks to CEL-FI's WAVE app, which allows for easy setup and advanced optimization on the device. The WAVE app is available for iPhone and Android and allows users to connect to their CEL-FI device via Bluetooth.

Within the app, users can view detailed diagnostic information including measures of signal strength, amplifier gain levels, and signal quality. Waveform's detailed installation manual also leads the user step-by-step through the setup process. For any additional assistance, our expert technical support team is always available.

5G Support

5G support is more critical than ever, as more carriers open up 5G capability across different frequencies.

The G41 supports 4G LTE, 5G-DSS, and 5G NR out of the box. It will connect to and boost these frequency bands automatically at setup.

Bands Supported

AT&T bands: B2/n2, B4/n4, B5/n5, B12/n12

Verizon bands: B2/n2, B4/n4, B5/n5, B13/n13

T-Mobile bands: B2/n2, B4/n4, B5/n5, B12/n12

The G41 does not support the n41, n71, or n77 frequency bands used for T-Mobile 5G.

Coverage Area

The coverage area of any signal booster system depends on two factors:

  1. The outdoor signal strength
  2. How many indoor antennas you use

At peak performance, the CEL-FI GO G41 can cover up to 15,000 sq ft in an open area. In a typical home or office environment, the same kit will cover up to 10,000 sq ft.

In general, the more antennas you have, the larger the coverage area of the system. Signal passes through cables much more easily than through walls and even through the air, so adding more antennas helps expand the coverage of your booster.

As a rule of thumb, we recommend installing one antenna for every 1000 sq ft to 1500 sq ft of space in a typical home or office environment that has internal walls. If the environment is more open, such as in a warehouse or open office floor, you can install one antenna for every 1,500 to 3,000 sq ft.

Coverage areas of any booster will always vary from building to building. If you'd like help understanding the coverage you should expect from the G41, please reach out to our team of signal specialists.

Choosing the Right Kit

Need help?

We pride ourselves on writing the best installation manual for the CEL-FI G41, which you can find here. It discusses in depth some of the most common troubleshooting issues we've seen customers face.

If your installation calls for unique cable lengths, or anything not suited by one of the options below, we can customize a kit for you. Just contact us and one of our signal experts will put together a custom kit specifically for your building.

Which outdoor antenna should I purchase?

We offer two different outdoor antenna options with the G41: a Standard Log Periodic Antenna, and a Grid Parabolic Antenna. Both antennas include mounting equipment.

Standard Log Periodic Antenna

Our Wideband Log Periodic Outdoor Antenna is a powerful antenna that offers up to 10 dBi of gain across all 4G LTE and 5G frequencies. It needs to be set up pointing in the direction of the cell tower, and because it is directional it will only pick up signal in that direction.

Griddy: The Grid Parabolic Antenna

Griddy is an ultra-wideband, ultra directional parabolic grid antenna. Griddy is our most powerful antenna, and adds up to 26 dBi of gain across all 4G LTE and 5G frequencies. Griddy has a narrow beam width, so it will take some careful aiming to get dialed in.

What are the two types of indoor antenna?

We've packaged the Cel-Fi Go X with two different kinds of indoor antennas in each kit: a Dome Antenna and a Panel Antenna.

Dome Antenna

Dome Antennas are "omni-directional", and spread signal in all directions around them. To install a dome antenna, you need access to the back side of the ceiling (e.g. a loft or crawl space) to run cable.

Panel Antenna

Panel Antennas are "directional", and spread signal in broad beam in front of them. They can be installed on a wall.

We include both antennas in our kits - pick which one you want to use and put the other aside. For example, if you order a kit with 3 indoor antennas, you'll receive 6 total antennas - 3 domes and 3 panels - but you'll only be able to connect 3 of them to your CEL-FI GO G41.
