CEL-FI GO G41 FN Smart Signal Booster for FirstNet

The GO G41 FN is the most powerful FirstNet signal booster available in its class.

An upgrade to the incredibly popular GO RED, the GO G41 FN features the latest 4th generation Nextivity proprietary IntelliBoost technology to deliver channelized signal boosting and industry-leading signal gain up to 100 dB that keeps police officers, fire safety personnel, and other emergency response teams connected.

The G41 is a single-carrier booster that supports AT&T and FirstNet, thanks to it's 100 dB of gain, GO G41 can cover an area as large as 11x regular boosters.

The fourth generation revision of the IntelliBoost chip provides future-proof 5G network connectivity. It is ready to support both 5G DSS and 5G NR capability.

Key Features

The CEL-FI GO G41 FN is the FirstNet-only version of the industry-leading CEL-FI GO G41.

The GO G41 FN is different from the majority of other boosters we sell in 3 ways:

  • The GO G41 FN is a FirstNet-focused device and will only amplify signals for AT&T and FirstNet.
  • The GO G41 FN offers up to 100 dB gain. Unlike most other boosters, the CEL-FI GO G41 is not restricted to 70 dB gain by the FCC. It offers about 30 dB more signal amplification, which means the G41 FN covers the same area as about 11 competing boosters combined.
  • The G41 FN is supports both 5G DSS and 5G NR services.

What is FirstNet?

Not all areas and buildings have good cellular signal, due to building materials or remote locations. Remote Communication Kits are now a standard tool for emergency service personnel.

FirstNet is a high-speed, nationwide wireless broadband network with dedicated bands for public safety agencies and first responders.

Where buildings use FirstNet, the Cel-Fi GO G41 FN can work alongside existing legacy equipment, to ensure FirstNet service is available at the point of transition.

WAVE App (for IOS and Android)

Installing the GO G41 FN is easy thanks to CEL-FI's WAVE app, which allows for easy setup and advanced optimization on the device. The WAVE app is available for iPhone and Android and allows users to connect to their CEL-FI device via Bluetooth.

Within the app, users can view detailed diagnostic information including measures of signal strength, amplifier gain levels, and signal quality. Waveform's detailed installation manual also leads the user step-by-step through the setup process. For any additional assistance, our expert technical support team is always available.

5G Support

5G support is more critical than ever, as more carriers open up 5G capability across different frequencies.

The G41 supports 4G LTE, 5G-DSS, and 5G NR for AT&T and FirstNet out of the box. It will connect to and boost these frequency bands automatically at setup.

Bands Supported

AT&T bands: B2/n2, B4/n4, B5/n5, B12/n12

FirstNet: B14

Coverage Area

The coverage area of any signal booster system depends on two factors:

  1. The outdoor signal strength
  2. How many indoor antennas you use

At peak performance, the CEL-FI GO G41 FN can cover up to 15,000 sq ft in an open area. In a typical home or office environment, the same kit will cover up to 10,000 sq ft.

In general, the more antennas you have, the larger the coverage area of the system. Signal passes through cables much more easily than through walls and even through the air, so adding more antennas helps expand the coverage of your booster.

As a rule of thumb, we recommend installing one antenna for every 1000 sq ft to 1500 sq ft of space in a typical home or office environment that has internal walls. If the environment is more open, such as in a warehouse or open office floor, you can install one antenna for every 1,500 to 3,000 sq ft.

Coverage areas of any booster will always vary from building to building. If you'd like help understanding the coverage you should expect from the G41, please reach out to our team of signal specialists.
